Rootine Dental was founded by Chad W. Wise, DDS — a dentist who has spent nearly two decades building, scaling, and leading multi-location dental groups across the country.
From co-founding and growing a dental group to hundreds of locations across multiple states, to serving as chairman of the board for another national platform — Chad has been on every side of the table. Founder, operator, clinical leader, board member.
That range of experience is what shapes Rootine. He's seen what works and what doesn't — what happens when clinical voice gets lost, and what's possible when it leads.
Now he's building something closer to home — and doing it on his own terms. Rootine is Austin-rooted, dentist-led, and built around the kind of partnership model Chad would have wanted as a practice owner himself.
